John and I create these one-of-a-kind pieces of fused glass jewelry in a kiln that exposes the special glass to temperatures as high as 1500 degrees. This slideshow is updated each time we fire a new batch.
The shiny metal in some of the pieces is Dichroic glass, a high-tech spin-off of the space industry. "Dichroic" is defined as having more than one color, especially when viewed from different angles or from transmitted to reflected light.
I recently had my first Jewelry Show at a Monica’s house!
She invited several friends and coworkers over for martinis and jewelry!
It was a huge success! I think everyone went home happy!!
